Why is it that when I’m trying to study EVERYONE wants to talk to me but when I’m bored and have nothing to do no one wants to talk to me?

One of my best friends from high school’s Mom died :( It’s so sad.. she had been fighting for so long and was doing well too. I feel so sad for their family, especially since it’s around Christmas time. I’m so sorry Court :( RIP Mrs. Elligers.
